Serious hunters and outdoor enthusiasts take note-this is one of the wildest and most productive large acre timber tracts that you will find and it is priced to sell! Just West of Hanover amongst the dramatic bluffs between the Mississippi and Apple Rivers sits this 78 +/- acres of wooded bluff country that is loaded with whitetail, turkey, small game and has even trail cam photographs of mountain lions and an elk on this property. Despite the wildness of the property, it is extremely easy to access with a well maintained road cutting through the center of a majority of the property with several old logging roads that branch off of the main road. The majority of the property is all nice hardwood ridgetop with beautiful mature Oaks, but features several sharp declines that are incredible natural funnels to catch wildlife as they navigate the property. Perhaps the focal point of the whole property is an opening near the center of the property with a large wildlife pond and room to plant a food plot surrounding it.
